Orders are printed to order. Typical delivery times (including dispatch): United Kingdom 3–9 working days, Ireland/France/Germany/Netherlands/Belgium/Austria/Spain/Italy 6–13 working days, United States 4–9 working days, Canada 5–10 working days.

Yes — delivery is included in the price for all countries we ship to: the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Italy, the United States, and Canada. We don't currently ship outside these countries.

Orders are printed and shipped from our production partner Printful’s nearest fulfilment centre — typically the UK (Wolverhampton) or EU (Latvia) for UK and EU customers, and the USA for US and Canadian customers, to keep delivery times short.

Yes — included in the price. We also ship to most other countries; rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier. You can also visit the order page at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please use the size guide and product images carefully before ordering.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. A photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.

Sizing errors aren’t covered by our returns policy because we can’t resell a printed item. Please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, our t-shirts are unisex retail fit and most customers find true-to-size works well.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Yes — when you go to your cart (or open the slide-out cart after adding an item), tick "🎁 This is a gift". You can add a short message that prints on the packing slip, and prices are automatically hidden from the recipient.

No. When you tick the gift box, prices are hidden everywhere they'd normally appear — the packing slip in the parcel shows your gift message and the items, but no prices and no payment information. The recipient won't know what you paid.

Yes — once you tick the gift box on the cart page (or in the slide-out cart), a message field appears. Up to 280 characters. Your message prints on the packing slip inside the parcel, alongside a "A gift for you" header.

No, sorry — we're a print-on-demand studio, and our production partner Printful prints and ships items directly from their fulfilment centres without a wrapping step. Adding gift wrap would mean breaking the print-and-ship workflow, which we can't do for individual orders. The gift message on the packing slip is the closest we get.

Yes — at checkout, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. Stripe collects this separately from your billing address, so the recipient receives the parcel directly without your address appearing anywhere on the packing slip.

Same returns policy applies. If the recipient lets you know there's a problem, contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order reference and a photo if it's a damage issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Sizing exchanges aren't covered (every item is printed to order) so please use the size guide carefully if you're buying a t-shirt as a gift.

Yes — provided the order hasn't entered production yet. Once Printful starts printing (usually within 24 hours of payment), it's too late to cancel because the item is being made specifically for you. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; we'll cancel and refund if we're still inside the window.

Our t-shirts are Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex retail fit, pre-shrunk. Sizes range from S to 2XL. The fit is true-to-size for unisex sizing — if you usually wear a Medium in unisex t-shirts, order Medium. The chest measurements (in inches) are: S 36–38, M 38–40, L 40–42, XL 42–44, 2XL 44–46.

Our blankets come in two sizes: 127×152 cm (50×60") is generous for one person on a sofa or as a bed accent. 152×203 cm (60×80") covers two people on a sofa, or fits a single bed comfortably with overhang.

41×41 cm (16×16") is about the size of a vinyl record sleeve — a great accent size for a desk wall, bedside, or part of a gallery wall. Art prints come in four square sizes from 25×25 cm to 41×41 cm. Canvas prints come in 30×30, 41×41 and 51×51 cm.

Yes — every design is hand-positioned by us for each product type. Square designs are positioned to keep the focal points centred on rectangular products like blankets and t-shirts.

Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex t-shirts, made from 52% ring-spun combed cotton and 48% polyester. Weight is 142 g/m² — light to mid-weight, soft, and pre-shrunk.

Yes — very. The 100% polyester fleece front holds heat well, and the soft sherpa lining adds an extra layer of insulation. They’re plush, double-sided (printed front, white sherpa back), and ideal for sofa snuggles and chilly evenings.

Yes to both. The white ceramic mugs are AAA-grade, glossy, and printed all the way around. We recommend hand-washing for longest-lasting print, but they’ll handle the dishwasher and microwave just fine.

Enhanced matte art paper at 189 g/m² with archival pigment inks — a smooth, non-glossy finish that suits geometric and retro designs and resists glare under indoor lighting.

Gallery-wrapped 340 g/m² matte canvas stretched over 3.2 cm (1.25") solid pine bars. Ready to hang straight out of the box — no framing needed because the design wraps around the side edges.

A sawtooth hanger comes pre-attached to the back of the wooden stretcher frame, so you don't need to fit anything yourself. All you need is a nail or picture hook in the wall — no tools, screws, or wall anchors required. Note that hanging wire, D-rings and rubber wall-protector pads are not included.

Two sizes: 325 ml (11 oz) — the standard cuppa — and 440 ml (15 oz) — the bigger Sunday-morning size. Both are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Machine wash cold (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle, no bleach, no dry cleaning. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Keep away from open flames and heat sources — it’s polyester fleece.

Art prints and canvas prints are intended for indoor use — direct sunlight will cause fading over time. Hang them where they get good ambient light but not direct sun for years of vibrant colour.

Hand-washing with mild detergent is best for keeping the print pristine. Dishwasher safe if you’re in a hurry. Avoid abrasive scourers, which can dull the glossy finish.

Bold retro geometric art — clean shapes, warm colour palettes, mid-century-inspired forms, and playful interpretations of nature, animals, and abstract themes. We deliberately steer away from photographic and painterly styles in favour of strong, scalable graphic forms that look as good on a mug as they do on a wall.

Designs are created in-house using AI-assisted generation followed by human curation, naming, and refinement. Every design that makes it onto the shop has been chosen by a real person for visual impact and print quality.

Not currently — we don’t take individual commissions. But if there’s a subject you’d love to see (a particular animal, landscape, or theme), get in touch — we add new designs every day and your suggestion may inspire one.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you save a wishlist, see past orders, and re-order without re-entering your address. We use a passwordless magic-link login (we email you a link to click — no password to remember).

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon.

As little as possible. We collect your email, name, and delivery address when you order — these go to Stripe (to take payment) and Printful (to make and ship your order). We never sell or share your data with marketing services, email list brokers, or advertisers. Full details on our Privacy Policy page.

No tracking cookies and no tracking pixels. We use a single essential session cookie (PHPSESSID) to keep your shopping basket alive while you browse, and it deletes when you close your browser. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party scripts following you.

No personal information. When we run ads on Pinterest or Google, those platforms receive only anonymous event counts (e.g. "a purchase happened, value £45") plus the click ID from the ad itself — never your name, email, address, or any identifier. You can opt out of all ad measurement via our contact form.

Get in touch with your order reference. Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion (subject to the 6-year tax retention rule for completed orders).
