If your order arrived damaged or faulty

Email us with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement with our printer. You don’t need to ship anything back - the photos are enough for the replacement claim.

Mugs: 2-year print guarantee

Our mugs are printed by sublimation: the design is fused into the mug’s glaze rather than printed on top, so it stays bold through daily use and the dishwasher. If the print on one of our mugs fades, peels or cracks in normal use within 2 years of delivery, email us a photo with your order number and we’ll send a free replacement. Nothing to send back. (Chips and breaks from knocks or drops aren’t covered; for damage on arrival, see above.) Over years of dishwashing the glossy surface can soften to a satin finish; that’s normal wear, not the print fading, and isn’t covered. Hand-washing keeps it glossy longest.

T-shirts: 12-month print guarantee

Our t-shirts are printed direct to garment: the ink goes into the cotton rather than sitting on top as a plastic transfer, so it doesn’t crack or peel. If the print on one of our t-shirts cracks or peels within 12 months of delivery, email us a photo with your order number and we’ll send a free replacement. Nothing to send back. Like any printed cotton, the colours soften gradually over many washes; that’s normal and isn’t covered. Washing inside out on cold keeps the print bright for years.

If you’ve changed your mind

You can return any unworn, unused product in its original condition for a full refund. You cover the return postage; we refund the full price within five working days of the item reaching us.

A few practical exceptions

• T-shirts that have been worn and mugs that have been used - hygiene grounds. These can still be returned if they’re in their original unused condition.
