Returns — 30 days, no quibbles

Whether your order arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day it lands on your doormat to put things right.

If your order arrived damaged or faulty

Email us with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement with our printer. You don’t need to ship anything back — the photos are enough for the replacement claim.

If you’ve changed your mind

You can return any unworn, unused product in its original condition for a full refund. You cover the return postage; we refund the full price within five working days of the item reaching us.

A few practical exceptions

Digital downloads — non-refundable once delivered, the same as iTunes or Steam. The personal-use licence at checkout makes this explicit.
T-shirts that have been worn, mugs that have been used, blankets that have been used — hygiene grounds. These can still be returned if they’re in their original unused condition.
