InkSmithery is a trading name operated by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products are printed on demand by our production partner, Printful, and shipped directly to you. Product images are mockups generated to give an accurate representation of the final product, but slight variations in colour and positioning may occur due to differences in screens, printers, and materials.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include free delivery to the UK, EU, and US. International delivery to other countries may incur additional shipping charges shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Fulfilment

When you place an order, it is sent to our production partner for printing and shipping. Most orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3–7 working days within the UK and 7–14 working days internationally.

You will not receive a separate dispatch notification from InkSmithery, but tracking information may be available through the production partner.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To request a return, email us with your order reference and a photo of the issue.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of InkSmithery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

InkSmithery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
