I like to try every product I sell before listing it. Here's my honest take:
Properly thick paper, feels like a quality print rather than a flimsy poster. Colours come out incredibly vibrant, lines stay pin-sharp, and the ink is smudge-resistant.
Unrolling tip: these ship in a tube — let yours sit under a couple of heavy books overnight before framing and it will lay perfectly flat.
Lovely as a housewarming gift or for someone redecorating — they choose the frame that suits their space.
Will the colours look like the photo?
Very close, but with one honest caveat: every screen displays colour differently. The same blue can look richer on one phone and slightly duller on another, and we can’t control your screen’s calibration. What we can tell you is that our printers are calibrated commercial-grade, we colour-match every design against the original master before listing, and the mockup photos use the actual production print — not a stylised render. Tiny variations across substrates (paper vs canvas vs fabric) are normal. If the print does arrive and doesn’t feel right against your wall, the 30-day return is there for exactly that.
Is this really hand-made for me?
Each piece is printed to order — nothing’s sitting on a shelf waiting. That’s why delivery is a few days rather than next-day: the printer starts on your piece after you order, finishes it, packs it, and posts it. The trade-off is a short wait; the upside is a print that’s made for you specifically.
Will it fit my wall?
Three good options for a sofa wall: a single 41 cm (16") sits nicely above a smaller two-seater; two prints side by side feel more deliberate above a wider sofa; or three smaller prints (30 cm or 36 cm), picked from the same colour family, make a curated triptych that works at almost any width. Over a chair, in a hallway, or above a small console, 30 cm (12") or 36 cm (14") works on its own. Everything’s square so designs pair and stack predictably — have a wander round the studio for ones that share a palette.
What if I don’t like it when it arrives?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee. We’d rather you have something you actually love than feel stuck with it. You cover the return postage; we refund the full price within five working days of the item reaching us. If the item arrives damaged, just email us photos — we’ll send a free replacement without you having to ship anything back.
