Print guaranteed for 2 years. The design is fused into the glaze, not printed on top, so it stays bold in the dishwasher. If it fades, peels or cracks, we replace the mug free.

Paul's notes
I like to try every product I sell before listing it. Here's my honest take:
Vibrant colours and a proper ceramic glaze by Sublistar Coatings (they make some of the best transfer coatings going). Dishwasher-safe, though I hand-wash mine to keep them looking their best. The handle is generously sized - comfortable to hold even with bigger hands.
Makes a thoughtful gift for the coffee or tea lover in your life - small enough to wrap easily, useful enough to actually be used.
Will the colours look like the photo?
Very close. The pictures are made from the same file we send to print, but every screen shows colour a little differently, so expect small shifts, and printed colours can look slightly softer than on a bright screen. If it isn’t right when it arrives, you have 30 days to send it back.
Is it made to order?
Yes. Nothing’s printed until you order: your piece is printed, packed and posted after your order comes in. That’s why delivery takes a few days rather than next-day.
How big are the mugs?
The 325 ml (11 oz) is the everyday size - slightly larger than a standard pub coffee. The 440 ml (15 oz) is the “don’t talk to me until I’ve finished this” size, for the bigger morning hands.
What if I don’t like it when it arrives?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund - no questions, no restocking fee. We’d rather you have something you actually love than feel stuck with it. You cover the return postage; we refund the full price within five working days of the item reaching us. If the item arrives damaged, just email us photos - we’ll send a free replacement without you having to ship anything back.
Will the print last?
The print is dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. We hand-wash ours to keep them looking their best, but the print won’t fade in the dishwasher.
