Very close, but with one honest caveat: every screen displays colour differently. The same blue can look richer on one phone and slightly duller on another, and we can’t control your screen’s calibration. What we can tell you is that our printers are calibrated commercial-grade, we colour-match every design against the original master before listing, and the mockup photos use the actual production print — not a stylised render. Tiny variations across substrates (paper vs canvas vs fabric) are normal. If the print does arrive and doesn’t feel right against your wall, the 30-day return is there for exactly that.

Each piece is printed to order — nothing’s sitting on a shelf waiting. That’s why delivery is a few days rather than next-day: the printer starts on your piece after you order, finishes it, packs it, and posts it. The trade-off is a short wait; the upside is a print that’s made for you specifically.

The 325 ml (11 oz) is the everyday size — slightly larger than a standard pub coffee. The 440 ml (15 oz) is the “don’t talk to me until I’ve finished this” size, for the bigger morning hands.

You cover the return postage; we refund the full price within five working days of the item reaching us. If the item arrives damaged, just email us photos — we’ll send a free replacement without you having to ship anything back.

The print is dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. We hand-wash ours to keep them looking their best, but the print won’t fade in the dishwasher.
